Yap, it's true I made it up but it's been proven 3 times and they say third time's the charm. I won't say the reason till the end of the review so stay reading.
First, the show aired it's first episode on Nov 19, 2021. It aired after a year hiatus which made it a highly anticipated show near the end of the year. With the change in the writer my expectations were affected in a good way little did I know...
Story
Worst story in the history of Love catcher stories. The story of this season tops that of last season by six people.
I mean it's called Love Catcher but there wasn't even a single love catching happening. All love lines got cut off by a reason nobody sees valid.
The first episode they foreshadow an event that looks like a love triangle which never happens. It's not even evil editing anymore, this is pure stupid editing. This event made viewers that started shipping couples loose momentum to watch the show.
Later on the actual love triangle ended up to be between a different trio and apparently this was revealed an episode before the last episode.
That aside, they eliminated two viewer favorite casts midway that led to most people dropping the show. These two casts stories interested the viewers the most as they both had struggles that held them back. Everyone grew curious of them and how they'll change later on.
One guy whose identity got revealed on the very first episode and a girl who had low self-esteem but later gained courage to pursue her love interest.
After their elimination the show became a dramatic mess with nothing interesting to watch. It's a miracle that some reached the very end and some still wait for it to be subbed.

Very interesting cast, each of them had their own worries. They kept so much pilled up and their choice made this a fact.
So much tears got shade and all was misunderstood because either the directors did a very bad job on the editing or they just deliberately sabotaged the whole show.
I personally felt suspicious of most of the cast every episode which was not a very good sign.
I wish the directors didn't build a certain image of a cast to the viewers only to get the opposite of it at the end. All anger will be directed to the cast while the directors get minimal hate.
Panelist
Very entertaining panelist indeed but no matter how interesting it was they couldn't salvage the flopping show.
I bet the panelist was also flabbergasted by the turn of events and whomever they thought was actually wasn't.
The 3rd season curse affected this show so badly, the momentum they started with varnished into thin air halfway. It was in my opinion the worst Love Catcher season of all.
It really had so much potential to be a masterpiece but all went down the drain. It would also have raised one of the most beautiful couples in 2021 dating shows but that didn't happen.
I rate this show 5/10 only because the first half was watchable.
It's a warning from me and whoever proceeds to watch it I wish you success.
