"Love is real..." They taught me that; but later broke up.

 

Watching these Asian dating shows, makes viewers wish to be loved too. It makes one think that it's so good to be loved. While we watch our favorite couples end up dating after the show, who wouldn't believe that love is real?

It's starts with slowly getting immersed in the way they treat each other to wishing them happiness for a long time. Their sweet moments usually take you away from the notion that love is overrated, that love is a thing of the past. 

These couples especially:-

1. Terrace House's Tsubasa and Shion

Have you ever witnessed a real life disney movie? 

Their story was surreal, it was epic and beautiful. It's a story of the handsome model and the hardworking ice hockey player. Tsubasa just a year older than Shion together created the most beautiful Couple in the whole of Terrace House series.

They started with just a foot wash/massage date to a good bye kiss for Tsubasa as she leaves for her match. Their relationship started from friendship or was it love at first sight. However, the way Shion completely gave Tsubasa space as she worked hard for her dreams and more space when he confessed his feelings to her. Total ideal man vibes!

They got closest and finally left the house together.

However, a year later a huge shock hit the fans as they both announced their heartbreaking break up.

They both deleted their posts together and while no explanation was given; fans started speculating on their reasons for breakup. Such a beautiful love story, a beautiful encounter but for what? 

Later Shion was arrested for possession of Marijuana...

2. Heart Signal 2 China's Chen Yi Chen and Zhang Tian

They say "go east go west, home is the best" Yap, Zhang Tian was the only best for Yi Chen. They just had great chemistry from the start, both are low-key and visuals. A beautiful couple with no visual hole but their party lasted for just an episode. 

Zhang Tian had a very strong competitor and later in the show it became two competitors. Moreover, her low-key self didn't help because the other girls kept taking the initiative to ask him on dates and do all sorts of fun things.

She felt defeated and towards the end she distanced herself from the war that was going on. Yi Chen didn't know his heart well making the results of his final choice unknown. However, they passed the test and they finally got together. 

Their story became a hot topic as the nearly impossible couple. Fans rejoiced of their union and every time they appear together, happiness was evident. 

But not for long, a few months after... the break up of break ups happened. Misunderstandings, hypocrisy and deceit all included in the reason for their break up. 

How did it end up like this? Is love even real? What is true and what is not? Only questions with no answers remained.

In 2021, they were rumored to have gotten back together although there was no statement 

3. Heart Signal 3 Korea's Ji Hyun and Kang Yeol

" I'll just randomly choose and if it's you again, I'll believe we were destined to be..." 

These were Kang Yeol's exact words at their last date. He didn't believe that what he chose would bring Ji Hyun to him for the third time. They both got shocked and thought that it was a sign from the heavens for them. 

Exactly, people believed in their destiny, Kang Yeol came late but he managed to appeal to her in the most natural and simple habitat.

Their famous scene where they held hands in the car and covered it up to escape the cameras but their business got found out. It was a completely heart fluttering moment because holding hands is not a common thing in Korean dating shows.

All these moments what happened to them? They never actually got together but why? No one knows...

Love is blind and it was a complete fact with these two.

Nana fell in love with Tianqi completely, it's not like he did anything to make her love him she just fell for him from the moment he saw him. Tianqi was a jobless and simple guy, he had nothing on him not even a dream and Nana was beautiful, hardworking and an aspiring actress.

Love did it's magic and Nana and Tianqi despite the circumstances they fell for each other. Nana worked hard for her acting career while Tianqi kept supporting her with affection.

Finally they ended up leaving the house together after Tianqi scored a tender in a clothing company. He designed clothes graffiti and stuff.

They were happy, Tianqi didn't feel small anymore. But after their departure from the house they both announced that it didn't work in real life for them.  That they both went separate ways after the house.

Isn't it true love staying with a man from their worst to their best? Should I believe in love after seeing this story?

I sure learnt about real love from these couples but their break ups made me second guess that.
